The integration of Facebook, Twitter, SMS and Youtube into Henson’s digital platform led AutoTrader to say that in terms of website hits to stock ratio, the group’s website is “one of the best performing in the sector”. The website has had a marked effect on sales, encouraged referrals through a £50 voucher offer and allowed clearer communication between customers pre-sale, during the sales process and through enhanced aftercare.
